Heard howling & hissing, so I ran outside - to 3 pit-bulls ripping the throat out of the friendliest neighborhood cat. When they saw me running towards them, they ran off down the apartment-complex's drive & began chasing a child. Whatever sick person owns these dogs (yes, they were tagged - collars & name-tags) needs THEIR throat ripped-out for allowing their pets to do this - they probably only own them for a dog-fighting ring considering how joyously violent the dogs are.
