Acceptable homophobia about "The ManQueen"

The homophobia about "ManQueen" and Pete Buttigieg being a poofter is running-wild on social-media. I'm waiting for the straight-folks to grow some pendulous parts (outside or inside) and use either the word "f-gg-t" or the word "c-cks-ck-er". It would be more honest.
