Move forward instead of continually concentrating upon only the past. If you're still stuck in 9/11....Like the Neanderthals still stuck in campfire-stories from thousands of years ago...No future, only reminiscing nostalgically for the past.. All you see, think, feel... Just more regret and nostalgia... No future, just nostalgia.
